Is the first session really free?
Yes. Counselling is free, with no obligation. Any paid service is agreed in writing first.
What are your office hours?
Sat–Thu, 10 am to 6 pm. Friday closed.
Can my parents join?
Yes. Choose “With my parents” and we plan a family session.
Do you only help students?
No. We also handle visitor, spouse and immigration visas, language courses, tickets and insurance.
What happens to my details?
We use them only to arrange and run your session. We never sell your data.
