These terms apply to the globalvisionbd.com website and to the services of Global Vision (“we”, “us”), a study abroad consultancy based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. By using the website or our services, you agree to these terms.

02Our services
We provide:
- study abroad counselling and course and university shortlisting
- help preparing and submitting university applications
- help preparing student, visitor, spouse and immigration visa applications
- language courses, air tickets and travel insurance arranged with partners
- events such as admission days and university sessions
We give advice and help you prepare. Decisions on admission, scholarships and visas are always made by the institution or government concerned.
03Counselling and fees
Counselling sessions at Global Vision are free. If a service carries a charge, we tell you the amount and what it covers in writing before any work starts.
Some costs are set and collected by third parties, not by us. These include university application fees, tuition deposits, visa and visa centre fees, English test fees, health surcharges and air fares. Their own terms and refund rules apply.
04No guarantee of admission or visa
We work hard to give every application the best chance, but we cannot guarantee an offer, a scholarship or a visa. Anyone who promises a guaranteed visa is not telling you the truth.
05Your responsibilities
To help you properly, we ask you to:
- give us complete and truthful information, including any previous visa refusals
- provide genuine documents only
- meet the deadlines we agree together
- tell us promptly about any change in your plans or circumstances
If we find that a document is forged or information is false, we will stop working on your file and may have to report it where the law requires.
06Refunds
Any refund of a Global Vision service charge follows the written agreement for that service. Fees paid to universities, visa authorities or other third parties are refunded only under their own policies, and we will help you request them where possible.
07Information on this website
Costs, intakes, English requirements and visa rules change often. Figures on this website, including the calculators and “Check my chances” results, are indicative and for guidance only. Your counsellor confirms current figures before you make a decision.
08How we contact you
When you send us your details, we contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email about your enquiry and, if you ask, about relevant events. You can ask us to stop at any time.
09Content and trademarks
The Global Vision name, logo and the content of this website belong to Global Vision or are used with permission. Student photos and stories are published with the students’ consent. Please don’t copy them without asking us.
10Links to other websites
We link to universities, government sites and services such as ICEF. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
11Limits of our liability
To the extent the law allows, Global Vision is not liable for losses caused by decisions of universities, embassies or other third parties, by delays outside our control, or by information you give us that is incomplete or incorrect.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Services already agreed in writing continue under the terms of that agreement.
13Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Dhaka.
